What’s included: ●Detailed intake of client symptoms (client to fill out forms emailed to them). Must email back before the session. ●Free hair sample test (Pre-paid kit shall be mailed out to client: client to complete test and send out kit asap ($200 value) ●In-depth review of the symptoms from client intake form – prioritizing the top 3 outcomes based on expertise and client requirements. ●In-depth review of hair test results. Personalized supplement recommendations. ●Session notes to be recorded incase need to review arises. ●Discuss client needs and assess if 6-month plan needed. Not all patients may need a 6-month work-up. ●Detailed summary of session notes emailed along with customized resources that may help client on their journey.
